Regret to convey that the DCCB Bank Manager, Bonakallu is not responding on mobile No..221722010026445 We visit the Branch for my 86 years old age mother Sadineni Venkamma account No. for ATM replacement of blocked ATM. Orally he said those are using thumb they are not eligible for ATM. When he given the said reply, we requested the relevant notification on eligibility conditions which he does not hold that notification. Its very unfortunate without any proper notification denying the ATM card for thumb impression holders.
It is also informed that my mother had received the ATM card when she was open the account No.221722010026445
