Introduced in 2007, The Super Luxury buses were instant hit among the long distance travelers. . The Super Luxury buses were an improvement from the earlier Hi-Tech buses . These buses are built on Ashok Leyland ( Viking) and TATA (1512) chassis by different coach builders in Andhra Pradesh. These buses boast of a 230HP engine and Push-Back seats, the buses are painted in attractive colors . Recently , APSRTC has inducted some TATA Marcopolo buses in to its fleet. The charges in this bus are 82 Paise per kilometer making it a best option for long distance travelers. The present strength of super luxury buses in APSRTC’s fleet is 1,815 (as on 29-2-2012).These buses generally operate on long distenace routes connecting the district head quarters with the state head quarter and variuos other destinations in south INDIA.

Super luxury busses are my favourite because airsuspension, semisleeper seats, speed is 70 km/hr means no emergency break, no of buses available across the Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
